Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • France
  • European Union countries
  • Selected international destinations

If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us.

3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • France: 2–7 business days
  • European Union: 4–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and selected shipping method.

Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above certain order values.

5. Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Studio Élise is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information where available.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages

Studio Élise is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or re-shipped packages.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the package and item

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
