We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

In accordance with French and European consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be included

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may be refused

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, earrings, or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are generally issued within 5–10 business days

Original shipping costs are refundable only where required by law.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item received is defective

  • the wrong item was sent

  • the product arrived damaged

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the problem.

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges subject to stock availability.

7. Non-Returnable Items
